This time, everyone gets to be in the photo. Plan outdoor family portraits with me, with photographs together and moments of connection. Enquire in English or Spanish.

How do we organize your family portraits?

Tell me who will participate, your children’s ages and what you want to remember. We can plan a portrait of the whole group and smaller combinations. Include the person who usually takes the photographs so they become part of these memories too.

Which location works best for our family session?

A park, the coast or an architectural setting offers different possibilities. We choose with your preferred style, access and group’s comfort in mind. Before confirming the meeting point, we review the location’s conditions and any photography permissions that may apply.

What should we wear for family photographs?

Start with comfortable clothing and colors that work together without requiring matching outfits. Each person can keep their own style. We discuss wardrobe and location before the session so you have time to try the options and compare them together.

What if the children do not want to pose?

Share their ages, routines and interests when planning. We can discuss guided portraits alongside moments of interaction and the breaks your group may need. You do not have to promise that children will stay still throughout the session to enquire.

How do we choose a time that works for our children?

Share your children’s ages and the times of day when they are usually more comfortable participating. Then compare those preferences with the location, light and availability. Timing is agreed for your family rather than expecting children to change their usual routines.

What happens if it rains or I need to change the date?

If it rains, we arrange another date around your availability and mine. I will contact you to coordinate it. If you need to change the session for another reason, let me know so we can review the options and the terms agreed for your booking.

Before your session

Can grandparents and other relatives take part?

Tell me how many people want to participate and which combinations you would like photographed. We prepare a proposal that considers the generations, location and group’s needs. The participant count and session scope are reviewed before you confirm your booking.

How much does the session cost and when will I receive my photographs?

First we talk about the photographs you want to keep. I then send a proposal with the price, duration, participants, photographs and included products, so you can review the details before booking.

Your private gallery of finished photographs arrives approximately two weeks after the session. Products take about two to three additional weeks after you choose the images and approve any designs. We confirm the schedule for your session in the proposal.

How do you enquire about a session?

Complete the form on this page with your preferred service, estimated date and who will take part. I will contact you to discuss your ideas and prepare a proposal. You can write in English or Spanish. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or require payment.

Can I decide whether our photographs are published?

Tell me your preferences before booking so they are clear in the image-use authorization. Sending an enquiry only allows me to contact you to respond; it does not authorize publication of photographs of you or your family or automatically subscribe you to promotions.

Does sending an enquiry reserve my date?

An enquiry does not hold a date or require payment. I contact you to arrange a meeting about details, pricing and availability. You then review the proposal and decide whether to book; the specific terms are agreed in writing before you commit.
